General James Cartwright, USMC, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (VCJCS) addressed GSBPP students, faculty and staff Thursday morning, challenging them to remain relevant through continuous formal education and to look for efficiencies to apply to national strategic concerns.   Following his presentation, several GSBPP students met with VCJCS to present course research projects to him.
