Master of Business Administration (MBA) The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a defense-focused MBA program designed to provide officers and Department of Defense (DoD) civilians an advanced education in interdisciplinary approaches to problem solving and policy analysis by applying quantitative, financial, economic, information technology, and other state-of-the-art management techniques and concepts to military management and policy issues. Students in the MBA program complete a specialization curriculum in one for the following areas of particular importance to the DoD: Acquisition Management – 815 & 816 Defense Management – 809, 818 & 820 Financial Management – 837 Logistics Management – 814, 819 & 827 Master of Science in Management (MSM) The Master of Science in Management program prepares graduates to manage in complex defense organizations and to conduct rigorous analyses of organizational problems, policies and operations. Manpower Systems Analysis – 847 | Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) The Executive Master of Business Administration is designed to provide Navy civilians and officers with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in future resource management assignments. Master of Science in Management (MSM) The Master of Science in Management program prepares graduates to manage in complex defense organizations and to conduct rigorous analyses of organizational problems, policies and operations.
