The Maritime Domain Protection Research Group is involved in several different research projects designed to assist in the creation and implementation of an improved national Maritime Domain Protection System that can help defeat maritime terrorism as early and as far from U.S. borders as possible.
Home based at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, the Research Group is perfectly situated to take advantage of a body of Professors, staff and students with strong academic credentials and significant operational experience. Combined, these elements will help make the Research Group mission a success.
