Our Vision for Cyber Systems and Operations (CSO) The NPS vision is to be a national resource for the study and design of secure and resilient cyber systems and the conduct of cyber operations in the defense arena. We aim to prepare highly competent personnel for deeply technical operations in rapidly changing cyber incidents. Effective in January 2011, we will begin to offer a new Master’s Degree program in CSO that meets the cyber workforce needs articulated by US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). This workforce includes information professional officers, information warfare officers, intelligence officers, cryptography officers, space cadre, The interdisciplinary program is a partnership of six departments. It consists of a common six-course cyber core and eight courses of specialization in a track. | ||
