 Distinguished Professor Brij Agrawal Naval Postgraduate School Wins 2006 Hamming Award. Professor Brij Agrawal won the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School Richard W. Hamming Faculty Award for Achievement in Interdisciplinary Activities for 2006.The founder and director of the world class NPS Spacecraft Research and Design Center received the honor at the NPS Quarterly Awards Ceremony March 13.
