The Signal Processing
option provides students an understanding of digital signal processing
fundamentals, principles, and applications at the advanced level. Courses and
research activities provide a solid engineering foundation which covers the
fundamental concepts needed to analyze and process digital information in many
current applications including video, imaging, audio, communications,
networking, underwater, and control applications.
