CEE Space Usage Policy

The Center for Executive Education (CEE) has the following priorities when scheduling courses in the CEE facilities:

  • Level A - Executive Learning Officer Reimbursable education.
  • Level B - Other Executive Education Reimbursable short courses.
  • Level C - NPS Reimbursable Education
  • Level D - Non-NPS Reimbursable Conferences and off-sites
      (Pricing available on request)

After meeting with you, we will be able to determine how best to support you and the cost estimate in delivering your courses.    Some support options are:

For In-session support: includes daily preparation of classrooms for all CEE spaces; administrative support for the sponsor, speakers or participants by photocopying, phone messages, faxes, special admin and logistics requests; arrangement of offsite activities; handle all lodging issues; assistance with IT requirements/VTC set-up; preparing and furnishing break-out rooms and guest lounges; end-of day cleaning detail;  set-up/clean up for daily refreshments and receptions.

For Pre-course administrative/planning support: includes aiding with Enclave reservations and on-campus lodging for participants and presenters; scheduling of presenters; NPS parking passes; seating chart; tent cards/lanyard design; contracting with catering for in-house meals, receptions and off-site meal reservations and activities; contracting ODR for off-site transportation; copying of class material; developing course evaluations.

For Post-course support: includes evaluation delivery, CD production and post-course mailings of class material.

Classroom A
Classroom A: Comfortably seats 35 participants in a tiered classroom facing three large projection screens, video teleconference capabilities, internet access, CD/DVD abilities, DirecTV, leather seating, in room mailboxes, and speaker console with laptop connections.
Classroom B
Classroom B: Comfortably seats 21 participants facing a large projection screen, three large dry erase boards, SoftBoard, video teleconference capabilities, internet access, CD/DVD capabilities, and speaker console with laptop connections.
Conference A
Conference A: This large room offers three dry erase boards, easel, internet access, projection from laptop to plasma screen, and two oval tables easily seating sixteen people. Can be used for breakout sessions.
Conference B
Conference B: Smaller, but comfortable, this room offers a combination chalk board and easel, projector and screen, large dry erase board, telephone, and computer with internet access.
Flag Offices
Flag Offices are well lit with desktop computers, internet access, telephone and complimentary office supplies. Copy, fax, video teleconference and secure phone capabilities available from the CEE admin staff.
The Galley
The Galley offers a side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, plenty of counter space and storage for your group's refreshments. CEE also works closely with MWR to provide fresh coffee and tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and nutritious snacks.
