The Enclaves consist of ten units which were previously used as cottages for guests of the Hotel Del Monte in the late 1920s and 1930s. With all the comforts of home and recently refurbished interiors, these historic Spanish revival bungalows are comfortable for just relaxing or for informal workshops and study groups. The serene location provides a place to discuss, debate, and explore innovative ideas and practices.
 Within the eight cottages are 28 separate, fully furnished guest rooms, each with an adjoining or adjacent bathroom, television and telephone with LAN drop. Some rooms offer access to NMCI through a VPN Client session. The common areas include an executive kitchen, spacious dining room and fully furnished living room. Daily housekeeping is provided and guests truly enjoy the location.
