The 2012 Information Dominance Senior Leader Symposia (IDSLS) are facilitated by the Center for Executive Education (CEE) at the historic Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. Class size is limited to 32 quotas.
IDSLS is designed to create a Senior level symposium with priority on core competencies pertaining to the ID Community, to include Space/C4I/Acquisition. It is a forum for leaders who will ultimately shape the future of the IDC by reinforcing the skills needed to pioneer, field, and employ game-changing capabilities as well as develop a broader understanding of information as a war fighting capability.
Attendees will be Senior Leaders- O6/O5, E9/E8, and Senior Civilians (GS-15/14 or similar band/category) in key IDC leadership positions. Inclusion of leaders from across the extended Joint-service Information Dominance family including USMC, USCG, NCIS, and others is highly encouraged.
TS-SCI Clearance certified in JPASS/Scattered Castles is optimal but does not preclude attendance in the majority of modules.
Interested commands should forward a prioritized list of nominee(s), after Community approval, to Mr. Rich Voter at Navy Cyber Forces Training Department, richard.voter@navy.mil , 757-492-8771. Nominations should include: name, rank/grade, command, position, email address and phone number. Once the class roster is approved, participants will be contacted with further instructions.
All commands are responsible for funding their nominee's travel/TDY/TAD.
