LTC Steven G. Hanson, Lecturer
|Steven G. Hanson, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, Lecturer, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Notre Dame in 1992. He also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Management from the State University of New York - Oswego in 1996, and an MBA / MPA from Syracuse University in 2006. Lieutenant Colonel Hanson was commissioned from the Notre Dame ROTC program, and his since served as a finance officer and comptroller for the past 20 years. LTC Hanson has served in numerous combat and support operations in Somalia, Haiti, Egypt, Israel, Honduras, Kuwait and Iraq. His previous assignment was as the Comptroller, Joint Forces Special Operations Component Command (JFSOCC), Baghdad, Iraq from 2010-2011. He has held numerous command and staff jobs at the 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, NY; 1st Infantry Division, Ft. Riley, KS, Corps Support Command, Ft. Bragg, NC; I Corps, Ft. Lewis, Washington, and the 85th Division (Training Support), Ft. Sheridan, IL. LTC Hanson served as a financial management instructor, United States Army Soldier Support Institute, Ft. Jackson, SC from 1999-2001, and taught Economics at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY during his assignment there from 2006-2010. LTC Hanson joined the DRMI faculty in Jun, 2012.|
