Lt Col José Z. L. Andin, Lecturer

José Z. L. Andin, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Air Force, earned his BA in International Studies from the University of South Carolina (1990), his MA in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma (2004), and his Master of Military Operational Art and Science (2006) from the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Lt Col Andin served in various financial management and comptroller leadership positions at the wing, major command, and Air Staff level, including serving as Chief, USAF Comptroller War Plans. He has also served as an instructor at the USAF Squadron Officer School, and as an executive officer at the wing and Air Staff level. He joined the faculty in July 2009.
