To accomplish its goals, the Center has established joint research
ventures with Carnegie Mellon University and the RAND Corporation.
It works closely with scholars at these and other institutions.
The Center is affiliated with the Cebrowski Institute for Information
Innovation and Superiority at the Naval Postgraduate School.
